Dr. Frederick Dirbas examined breasts on the morning after surgery and noted necrosis of nipples in a young woman and decided to conceal his note and suppressed all evidence of his exam. Dr. Frederick Dirbas ratified and caused to have the woman discharged from Stanford Hospital under 24 hours after a major double mastectomy surgery, in violation of women's' rights to not be subject to "Drive-through" mastectomy.
